Tim started as a personal trainer in 1987 since then, the equipment and philosophies have evolved yet many of the basics still remain.
He believes in smart approach to fitness training.

Personal Training 
- Customized hands-on exercise courses
- Consists of 5, 10, 20 sessions
- Includes Individual Fitness Assessment (45 minutes $120 Value), Vision & Mission Development, Beginning Boundaries & Barriers (1st of 3), Specialized Modifications for Flexibility & Mobility Enhancement (as needed), 1 hour sessions, After-Session Assignments, and follow up communications via text.  
  5 sessions $350.00
10 sessions $650.00
20 sessions $1200.00
There are some other options depending on your goals, JUST ask me.
Workouts can be group (bootcamp) workouts or 1:1 online or in your own home.
